White Rock Lake Editorial Shoot

My wonderful Haystack community strikes again with another amazing shootout. This nautical inspired wedding at White Rock Lake was designed by Dallas wedding planner Elizabeth Landry of Silver Lining Events. I drooled over this two piece blue-grey wedding dress from a&bé bridal shop and of course the mouth watering diamond and sapphire engagement ring from Shapiro Diamonds. Their gems never dissapoint!

From Silver Lining Events: “The inspiration came from the idea to use one of the sailboats at the lake and combine that with a neutral palette of elegant, light and classy hues of blues and greens.”

There were so many amazing Dallas wedding vendors involved. I am so lucky to be a part of such a supportive photography community who is passionate about keeping film photography alive. Also, nerd note: You may have noticed all my images are square. This is because I was shooting with the 6×6 medium format Hasselblad 500c. Super fun (and difficult) camera to shoot with.
