Camp Lucy Wedding Photography
I have a gorgeous Texas fall wedding to share with you that took place at Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs, near Austin, Texas. There are several ceremony sites on this sprawling 275 acre Ranch but Victoria and Evan chose to exchange vows under the canopy of ancient live oaks, aptly named Sacred Oaks. These trees, which are native to Texas, had a wide spreading canopy with limbs reaching all the way to the ground. The dense greenery was the perfect backdrop for Victoria’s deep red color scheme.
Victoria and Evan currently reside in California but their roots and hearts are in Texas. For Victoria especially it was really about these special trees and I tried to incorporate them in as many details and portraits as possible. They could not have chosen a better setting to represent their love of nature and the Texas Hill country!
Many thanks to Victoria and Evan for having me. Also thank you to Grey Likes Weddings for featuring my photos on their gorgeous blog!
